Speble

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-09

These Terms set out the rules for using the Speble service (the “Service”). Speble is a non-commercial project run by a private individual.

1. General

The Service is provided by Kamil Zieliński, contact: kontakt@speble.com. By using the Service you accept these Terms.

2. Scope of the Service

The Service lets you speed-read content: EPUB files you upload and articles you point to with a link. Without an account, content and settings are stored locally in your browser.

You may optionally create an account (passwordless email sign-in). A signed-in library can hold up to 10 books, which — together with reading and exercise progress — are stored in the cloud and synced across your devices. The provider may change the limit or discontinue the sync feature, announcing it in advance.

3. Acceptable use

4. Intellectual property

Rights to the Service and its components belong to the provider or its licensors. Rights to uploaded content remain with their owners.

5. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for interruptions in operation or for content originating from external sources.

6. Complaints

Complaints can be sent to kontakt@speble.com. We handle them within a reasonable time.

7. Personal data

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, and local storage in the Cookies Policy.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated. The date of the last change is shown at the top of this page.
